Why can’t my phone/tablet detect the USB drive?

1). For Apple devices, ensure iOS/iPad 13 or later and format the USB drive to FAT32 or exFAT. 2). All devices can access the USB drive in “Files”.

How can I troubleshoot if my mouse and keyboard aren’t recognized?

For Apple systems, navigate to (Settings) → (Accessibility) → (Touch) → Enable (AssistiveTouch).
