Important Notice:

1.KAMVAS Pro 20 is NOT a standalone product!!!

This device must be connected to a computer to work, It is compatible with Windows 7 or later，

macOS 10.12 or later.

2. When installing the HUION Driver in Windows System:

·—Please make sure there is no other brands driver on your computer;

·—Close all drawing programs or anti-virus programs before installation;

·—Please don’t change the path when installing. Our default path is in Disk C;

·—Please Run As Administrator when installing the driver.

3. Suggestions For Mac Users:

· If the computer system is Mac os 10.14 Mojave, please uninstall and reinstall the driver and then tick the Huion driver in the new system by manually going to Security and Privacy.

· Since Mac Mojave 10.14 upgraded in the security section and need to put the software you newly downloaded into the whitelist first to normally use it.

4. Connection Tips

—Your computer needs to have HDMI （Or DP、VGA） and USB ports available for the connection.

—Please confirm the USB Cable and the HDMI Cable completely plug into your computer.

—Please make sure completely plug the USB cable & HDMI cable into KAMVAS Pro 20. Make sure there is no gap left when cables are plugged into it.

—After connecting all the cables in the correct places, please wait about 30s~1min to make the USB Hardware driver load successfully.

5. HUION Support

—Please download the newest driver from HUION Official Web, and install it on your computer. Our driver will be regularly updated.

—When you have problems with the use of the KAMVAS Pro 20, please check the Quick Guide, and search HUION online to find a way to us for further assistance, we are always standing by to help!
