KOLD-01 is a high performance Silicone Thermal Paste. It has an excellent balance among thermal conductivity, thermal resistance, stability, and ease of application. Unlike other pastes, KOLD-01 uses NO oil solvent, allowing it to be more stable and to has no oil-bleeding issue in long term

We provide convenient tools (gloves x 1 pair, cleaning wipes x 2, spreader, and spatula) with KOLD-01, helping users to clean & reapply thermal compound efficiently without touching chemical materials

Thermal Paste Performance Test

Since thermal conductivity can’t tell the actual performance of a thermal paste, CPU stress tests with different thermal paste brands were conducted to find out which thermal paste can better cool down CPU temperature in real-life applications.
