The Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet series offers graphene thermal pads that serve as an excellent alternative to high-performance thermal pastes. Similar to the Carbonaut pads, they feature a conformable surface and high thermal conductivity. However, compared to Carbonaut pads, the KryoSheet pads offer even higher thermal conductivity and are considered a high-end product. This impressive thermal conductivity is achieved not only through material selection but also through an innovative manufacturing process. The KryoSheet pads do not contain any liquid components and are therefore not subject to the conventional aging effects experienced by traditional thermal pastes. Drying out is not possible. The KryoSheet graphene pads stand out for their outstanding thermal conductivity, easy application, consistent high performance, and extreme durability. However, it is important to note that they are electrically conductive, so the instructions should be carefully followed. The KryoSheet pads have a unique molecular structure where the graphene layers are stacked in the Z-direction. This optimized structure enables exceptional and consistent thermal conductivity. Through a specially developed manufacturing process, the hexagonal crystal structure of graphite is disrupted along the basal plane to leverage the anisotropy of graphite’s thermal conductivity. However, this leads to increased electrical conductivity and aects the stability of the KryoSheet pads, underscoring the importance of proper application.
