Q: Can’t be recognized on computer or can’t play CD/DVD ?
A. Ensure it is connected directly into your computer, not connect with USB HUB.
B. Ensure there is a build-in drive driver software, such as DriveGenius, or update the driver or try it with another computer.
C. Ensure there is a correct playback software for this external CD burner and with a correct format.
Warm Tips:
1. If MAC system does not read the CD, the computer desktop will not display the CD drive. (Note: When using this drive, pls connect the type-c port to your computer. ) And there is an Apple logo in the upper left corner of the MAC computer. Click the Apple logo, and there is a system report. Open it and burn the CD to see if your computer can recognize the drive. If not, change a computer with USB port and connect the USB port to the computer to have a try.
2. For the desktops, some PC front interface is short of power, please connect the CD Drive to the USB port on back of the motherboard for normal use. Don’t connect this DVD drive into a USB hub or extension cords, it can’t be recognized and the disc will stuck inside.
